Course Overview

This course aims to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of strategic management concepts and techniques. Throughout the course, we will cover various topics, including vision and mission analysis, internal and external audits, types of strategies, strategy generation and selection, and strategy monitoring.

This course is designed to provide an introduction to strategic management from a competitive perspective. The goal of this course is to provide an understanding of strategic management and its essential components. We will explore the techniques and methods of strategic management, including:
