About Prof. Dr. Hasan Engin Sener

Prof. Dr. Hasan Engin Şener is a Professor of Management and Organization at the Department of Business Administration at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University. Prof. Dr. Şener's research areas focus on Strategic Management, Public Policy Analysis, Philosophy, Human Resource Management, and Public Management. Currently, Prof. Dr. Şener teaches courses in Strategic Management and Human Resource Management at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University, as well as Management Techniques at Ahmet Yesevi University and Strategic Management at Gazi University.

Throughout his career, Prof. Dr. Şener has carried out numerous projects for various institutions, including the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Trade, and the Ministry of Development. In addition to his academic work, Prof. Dr. Şener also provides training and seminars for public personnel, such as those from the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of National Education, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Prof. Dr. Şener holds a certification as an Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 and is also a certified External Evaluator for the Turkish Higher Education Quality Council. Prof. Dr. Şener is a member of the Alumni of the Faculty of Political Sciences (Mülkiyeliler Birliği), METU Alumni Organization (ODTÜ Mezunlar Derneği), and the Personnel Management Association of Turkey (PERYÖN).
